¡Buenas tardes!

Hoy os traigo uno de mis rituales de belleza.

Ese momento que a muchas nos da pereza: desmaquillarse.

Aunque no queramos, debemos hacerlo, es muy importante que nuestra piel respire y que este libre de restos, ya no solo de maquillaje, también de toda la suciedad que va acumulando nuestra piel a lo largo del día como por la contaminación ambiental.

Al fin y al cabo la cara es el reflejo del alma, y lo primero que ve todo el mundo, nuestra carta de presentación, y hay que mimarla.

Today I bring one of my beauty rituals.

That moment that many us lazy: to remove one´s make-up.

Althought we don´t want, we have to do it, it´s very important that our skin breath and gets free of debris, and not just of makeup, also of all the dirt that builds up on our skin throughout the day as well like with the enviromental pollution.

At the end, the face is the mirrow of the soul, and it´s the first thing people see, and our card of presentation, so it must be coddled.

1º: Me desmaquillo los ojos. Uso el de Mercadona, que es específico para labios y ojos.

1º: I remove eyes make-up. I use this one because is specific for eyes and lips.

2º: Me limpio toda la cara con éste gel sin jabón (los que generan espuma son malos para el PH de la piel), y me masajeo la cara con ésta esponja (también de Mercadona) que es super agradable.

2º: I clean the whole face with this soap-free gel (the ones that generate foam are bad for the PH skin), and I massahe my face with this sponge (also from Mercadona) which is super nice.

3º: Hay veces que uso tónicos, ahora tengo éste agua limpiadora micelar, para terminar de retirar los restos de maquillaje.

3º: Sometimes I use tonics, now I have this micellar cleansing water, to completely remove traces of makeup.

4º Hidratar. Ahora estoy usando ésta porque me la mandó la dermatóloga, pero tengo un montón de hidratantes...

4º Moisturize. Right now I´m using this one cause my dermatologist told me, but I have a lot of moisturizes.

En resumen: Limpiar a fondo para retirar todo el maquillaje, respetando al máximo la piel y evitando productos demasiado agresivos y terminar hidratando.

In summary: Clean thoroughly to remove all makeup, skin with maximum respect and avoiding too aggressive products and end with a moisturize.
